We delivered a clear definition of the customer problem and a solution and set of proposition options. We defined a clear venture vision, mission & principles, an elevator pitch and a PR pitch to start with the end in mind. Coupled with customer and market research plus a business model canvas to inform decision to move to Phase 2.
Deeper dive on the customer & market proposition to inform decision on move to phase 3 - this included product strategy and roadmap, technology strategy, architecture & roadmap, primary & secondary customer research, pricing & commercial strategy, competitor intelligence and analysis and a 2 year business case.
For Incrypteon this includes a full production ready implementation of the software (brochureware landing pages, account management site, DotNet version of the Encryption library, Incrypteon HUB and the SDK developer documents). Core analytics, marketing and sales process, channel strategy, billing and finance are all in place, building on work completed in previous phases.
Working with a growing set of customers as we move from Alpha & Beta phases of the roadmap, to include additional product capabilities. This aligns with all of the work completed in the previous phases and links into Phase 5 where will continue to innovate and iterate on the business case as well build out the SDK libraries / languages and use cases we support to bring the venture to profitability.
